UPGRADE’s assessments, calculators, courses and financial tools are educational resources. They do not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, tax or medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that depend on your circumstances.
Scores and grades are internal educational estimates. They are not credit bureau scores, lender decisions or promises of funding, approval, investment returns or credit improvement. Calculations depend on your inputs; check important amounts, dates and assumptions independently.
Money Machine saves your ledger on your device. Keep backups. You control whether to submit a summary or reminder schedule. Scheduled email delivery is not active yet; use your calendar exports for reminders. The AI partner feature prepares a prompt for you to review and paste into an external AI service. It does not independently monitor or manage your accounts.
Use your own account. Do not upload anyone else’s confidential information without authorization. Do not post account numbers, credit reports or private health details to community discussions. Access to paid offers depends on the terms shown at purchase; recommendations inside a tool do not purchase or activate a membership.
Memberships and earnings
Membership pricing, renewal timing, cancellation and included benefits are disclosed before purchase. Recurring memberships require affirmative consent before billing and can be managed through the member billing area. The UPGRADE Compensation & Membership Acknowledgment is a record of the plan a person accepted; it is not an employment agreement, equity grant, wage promise or income guarantee. Only approved, accurately attributed, collected and non-refunded sales are eligible under the applicable plan. Event, product, service or client terms may set additional conditions.
