Your information at UPGRADE

Accounts and forms
We use your signed-in account to protect your portal and associate your submissions. Event registrations, job applications, ↑♡ assessments and other submitted forms are stored for the UPGRADE owner to provide the service you requested. Assessment submissions include your contact details, answers, scores, archetype, suggested path, consent record and referral information. Scores are personal reflections, not credit scores or medical diagnoses.
Money Machine
Your full Money Machine ledger stays in your browser. Browser storage is not a cloud backup. Export your data before changing devices, clearing browser storage or switching browsers. Use a separate browser profile on shared devices.
If you turn on “Share my summary with UPGRADE,” we store your name, verified account email, referral association, wealth grade and rating, net worth range, credit score band, utilization percentage, funding readiness and goal, counts of bills and goals, assessment focus and last activity. We do not receive your full transactions, card names, passwords or account numbers through summary sharing.
If you turn on email reminders, your submitted schedule includes reminder titles, dates, amounts, frequency and preferred lead times. Email reminder delivery is not activated yet. Apple and Google calendar exports are available directly in the tool.
Your personal tool history
Your office shows your saved assessments, dated Wellness activity, and the latest shared Money rating for each day. Activity notes you add are stored privately under your account; you can remove individual notes. Removing your Money summary also removes its daily snapshots. Your full Money ledger remains on your device.
Who can see your information
The owner can review your submitted information in the protected owner office. Active affiliates can see only first name and last initial, first-seen date, last activity and activity status for their own referred Money Machine members. They cannot see your financial summary, email or phone through that report. Community posts and profiles are visible according to community access; private assessment answers are not automatically posted.
Communications and service providers
Requested confirmations may be delivered through our email provider. Marketing consent is recorded with submissions. Financial summaries are hosted in the website’s protected database. No Google Sheets, Zapier, Make or SMS automation is connected to Money Machine at this launch.
Optional music player
When you open UPGRADE Sound, the embedded Mixcloud player connects to Mixcloud, which receives connection information and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. We remember whether the player is open in this browser tab for this session. Stop closes the player and ends playback.
Optional advertising measurement
With your permission, Meta Pixel measures visits to selected public pages, successful registrations and confirmed purchases to help us understand advertising performance. Meta may receive your IP address, browser information, public page URL, advertising cookie identifiers, event type and purchase amount. We do not send form answers, contact fields, credit information or private office activity through this integration. Automatic form matching is disabled. Declining advertising cookies keeps this tracking off. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Use Advertising cookie preferences on this page to change your choice.
Your controls
Open Money sharing controls to remove your stored summary or reminder schedule and block future sharing. This does not erase your device-local ledger. Use “Erase my data” inside Money Machine to clear that browser’s ledger. For deletion or correction of your account, assessment, registrations or other records, contact the UPGRADE owner through your portal or @UpgradeDMV and identify your submission reference. We retain submitted information while it is needed for the requested service and respond to deletion requests subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
