THE CREDIT OFFICE

Your reports, your action plan, and your next step—organized in one workspace.

01 / Review your source documents

Start with the reports.

Get all three reports free at AnnualCreditReport.com. Add searchable PDFs here for a private, in-browser text review.

A

Private Report Review

Upload up to three reports.

Choose searchable-text PDFs or TXT/CSV files. The scan runs in this browser. Files are not sent to UPGRADE unless you separately agree below. Never include your SSN, full account numbers, or identity documents.

  1. Open AnnualCreditReport.com ↗
  2. Request Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion reports and download each PDF.
  3. Upload them here. Review every highlighted line against your own records.
Your files are processed in this browser and cleared when you leave or press Clear.

Uploading is optional and separate from the intake. Your original files are stored privately for the owner to review; ask the owner to remove them when the review is complete. Uploading does not create a dispute or contact a credit bureau.

B

Review Cues

Possible items to verify.

This browser scan flags possible review cues and suggests a lawful fact-checking path. It cannot determine whether an item is inaccurate, extract every layout correctly, or replace your records.

No report has been reviewed yet.

Scanned-image PDFs are not OCR’d. If a file has no selectable text, use the CFPB checklist below and review it manually.
01

The Credit Office Intake

Build your command file.

What is hurting you the most right now?
What level of help do you want?

Submitting saves your contact details and selected credit priorities to UPGRADE’s private owner dashboard. Your action tracker stays on this device. Educational tool only; no score change, approval, deletion, or funding amount is guaranteed.

Your 12-Month Credit Plan

Know what to do next, then prove you did it.

DIY credit repair fails when people drown in information. This plan gives them the next right move, a rhythm, and a scoreboard.

03

Utilization Weapon

Card payoff target.

Pay down target $2,000

Current utilization: 49%. Target balance: $450.

04

Negative Item Tracker

Turn chaos into cases.

02 / File with the source

Dispute online with each bureau.

File only claims you can explain and support. If the same inaccurate item appears on multiple reports, submit a separate dispute to each bureau showing it and contact the company that furnished the information.

01 / Bureau

Equifax

Sign in or create a myEquifax account, select the report item, explain the factual error, and attach relevant proof.

02 / Bureau

Experian

Use the Experian Dispute Center to choose the report item, submit your reason, and add supporting documents.

03 / Bureau

TransUnion

Open your TransUnion file and submit a dispute for information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.

Start a TransUnion dispute ↗

Before you press submit

1. Name the exact field. Identify the account, inquiry, personal detail, balance, date, or status and which report shows it.

2. State the facts. Explain what is inaccurate or incomplete and what the records show. Never dispute accurate information as a tactic.

3. Attach relevant proof. Keep copies, redact unrelated account numbers where practical, and never upload your full SSN here.

4. Save the record. Keep the confirmation number, submitted wording, documents, and results. Calendar the response window.

Action Lab

Give people a next move before they leave.

Use this workspace to review facts, create a paper trail, and keep the next action visible.

05

Dispute Prep Builder

Draft the first letter.

Use this as prep language, then review it carefully. Do not send anything false, exaggerated, or copied blindly.

06

Funding Readiness

Stop applying blind.

0%

Check each readiness marker to reveal the next funding move.

07

Accountability Check-In

Win. Blocker. Next move.

04 / Build positive history

Credit-building options, explained.

These are different product types—not interchangeable “boosts.” Reporting, fees, terms, eligibility, and scoring impact vary. Check the current agreement and reporting bureaus before paying.

Authorized-user options · 1–4 months

The 1–4 month window is from UPGRADE’s supplied list, not a verified promise from these providers. An authorized-user line is another person’s account, may be ignored by a lender or scoring model, and can be removed or reported differently than expected. Read the full terms before paying.

03 / Know the rules

FCRA, CFPB & FTC reference desk.

Read the primary sources. These links are educational; the Credit Office is not a law firm or a substitute for legal advice.

Official report source

AnnualCreditReport.com

The federally authorized source for free Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion reports. Avoid lookalike sites that charge for the reports you are entitled to request for free.
